- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives
- Own booking targets and client engagement across assigned projects
- 8+ years in real estate sales; MBA preferred
Account Manager – Sales
Drive apartment and villa sales as an individual contributor across active launches.
- Convert leads through site visits and follow-ups
- Support customers through booking and documentation
- 5–7 years in apartment or villa sales
Relationship Officer – CRM
Be the primary point of contact for homeowners from booking through possession.
- Manage customer data, collections and documentation
- Handle customer complaints and query resolution
- 2–5 years’ experience; bachelor’s degree required
M.E.P Sr. Manager
Lead electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems across high-rise and villa projects.
- Own MEP design review, execution and commissioning
- Coordinate MEP contractors across multiple towers
- Strong background in high-rise and villa MEP systems
M.E.P Sr. Engineer
Coordinate internal and external wiring, planning and bill certifications on site.
- Plan and coordinate internal/external electrical wiring
- Review and certify contractor bills
- Coordinate testing and commissioning before handover
QS – Deputy Project Manager / Sr. Manager
Own quantity surveying and cost control across active residential sites.
- Prepare BOQs, measurements and contractor bill certification
- Track project costs against budget
- Experience in residential construction quantity surveying
