In 2025, Praneeth Group began the handover of two completed residential communities — Praneeth Pranav Solitaire in Bachupally and Praneeth Pranav Jaitra in Miyapur. Praneeth Pranav Ixora, located in JNTU, Hydernagar, is a landmark high-rise development with 4C + G + 38 floors and 1,504 homes, built using advanced Mivan construction technology for better structural precision and superior build consistency. Throughout 2025, the towers rose steadily, with monthly construction updates shared directly with homebuyers, and the podium-level design — which redirects all vehicle movement to four basement levels and preserves over 8 acres of open, pedestrian-friendly surface area — continued to draw attention as one of the most thoughtfully planned communities in JNTU.
Praneeth Pranav Grove Park in Gagillapur is a different kind of project entirely — 70 acres, 884 Spanish triplex villas ranging from 2,176 to 4,566 square feet, anchored by a 6-acre natural lake and a 50,000-square-foot clubhouse. Throughout 2025, Grove Park’s construction momentum remained strong, and the project continued to generate fast sales.
Breaking Ground: Arcadia and RedFern Square
In 2025, Praneeth Group also performed Bhoomi Poojas for two new residential developments. Praneeth Pranav Arcadia in Dundigal is a luxury duplex villa community in Hyderabad’s fast-growing northwest corridor, an area that has seen sustained demand from families seeking spacious, villa-style living within accessible distance of the city’s business centers.
Praneeth Pranav RedFern Square in Tukkuguda is a premium villa development of 300+ villas spread across 36+ acres. Tukkuguda is one of Hyderabad’s fastest-emerging southern zones, benefiting from improving infrastructure and growing demand from IT professionals and investors looking south of the city.
Starting 2026 the Right Way
We began the year with the Bhoomi Pooja of Praneeth Pranav Samrat in Nanakramguda — twin 52-floor ultra-luxury towers on 6 acres, the most ambitious project in Praneeth Group’s history, marking our bold entry into the ultra-luxury apartment segment near the Financial District.
