Mr. Narendra Kumar Kamaraju

Narendra Kumar Kamaraju founded Praneeth Group in 2007 with a simple conviction — that trust, once built into a home, cannot be an afterthought. Nineteen years on, that principle still shapes every decision the group makes, from land acquisition to handover.

A Civil Engineering graduate from JNTU, Hyderabad, he began his career as an engineer with Indian Railways before moving into IT at Infosys and Oracle. He brought that customer-first discipline into real estate, pioneering Praneeth’s “Customization” philosophy — building what the customer desires rather than the other way around — and the “Beat the Price” concept that delivers more value for less money across affordable, mid-level and luxury homes.

Under his leadership, Praneeth Group has grown to 23+ delivered projects and over 8,000 families housed, while maintaining a consistent focus on transparent processes and timely delivery.
