The Inception
Praneeth Group has a long story to share. Its Managing Director, Mr. Narendra K. Kamaraju, studied Civil Engineering from JNTU and served the Indian Railways, then worked in the IT sector with reputable MNCs like Infosys and Oracle. Later he ventured into real estate with a vision of building a customer-centric business model — the moment his brainchild Praneeth Group was born. As time passed, many leaders joined the business, including Mr. K.V.S. Narasinga Rao, Mr. Ramanjaneya Raju Pathapati, Mr. Narsi Reddy Sappidi, Mr. Aditya Kamaraju, Mr. Dinesh Reddy Sappidi, and Mr. Sandeep Rao Madhavram.
The Anniversary
This year Praneeth Group completed 15 years since its inception, and the anniversary was celebrated grandly at a grand hotel in Goa, with performances, speeches and cuisine. Leaders and businesspeople from across the country, along with employees and distinguished guests, attended the memorable event.

That includes over 15 million square feet of construction area, made possible by continuous hard work from more than 300 employees over the years.
Upcoming Projects
Praneeth Group is determined to perform even better in the years ahead, with numerous projects under construction, including IXORA and Dhwaja — both promised to be delivered with modern amenities and infrastructure.
Other Social Events
Praneeth Group organises a yearly cricket tournament for its residents named PPL (Praneeth Premier League), with teams formed among existing customers. The group also takes on social responsibility, organising free blood donation and health camps every year and distributing gifts and prizes to people and institutions in need.
