The Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) hosted an exhibition of various properties, displaying around 500 real estate options for potential buyers to choose from. Around 100 realtors and top builders in Hyderabad were invited to the show, along with several developers, bankers and financial institutions. Held at the HITEX Centre in Madhapur, the realtors were hopeful of a strong turnout after a trough during the pandemic.

The exhibition was inaugurated by actor, scriptwriter and producer Naga Shaurya, with R. Chalapathi Rao, TREDA’s President, M. Vijaya Sai, the Vice President, and B. Considering budget and preferences, the show catered to every stage of the property-buying process, with flats, bungalows, plots for farms, sites for construction and villas all on display. Banks such as SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Canara and IIFL Home Finance Limited offered a wide range of home loans to attendees.
With buyers increasingly seeking spacious apartments amid work-from-home routines, prices of properties have risen along with demand for space in the city, prompting financial institutions to offer more generous home loans to meet public demand.
This event could not be hosted in 2020 due to the COVID-19 situation, so the top real estate builders in Hyderabad were confident of a good turnout this time around — and, as expected, a healthy number of prospective buyers turned up, interested in both commercial and residential spaces.
