A young and dynamic entrepreneur, Mr. Narendra Kumar Kamaraju is a graduate of Civil Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. He began his career as an Engineer in Indian railways and later shifted to IT sector where he worked for a few years with IT majors like Infosys and Oracle. He ventured into the Real Estate Sector with a clear vision of making a difference through a customer centric approach that lays tremendous emphasis on meeting and accommodating the requirements and wishes of the customers. With this as his guiding beacon, Mr. Narendra established Praneeth Group in 2007 and has been heading the Organization as the Managing Director since its inception.

Blessed with a brilliant business acumen and exceptional skills of people management, Mr. Narendra, painstakingly nurtured the organization with passion, dedication and total conviction. Strongly focussing on customer satisfaction, he introduced the concept of “Builder must build what the customer desires rather than customer buying what the builder offers”. This ‘Customization’ became the hallmark of all Praneeth projects. Mr. Narendra uncompromisingly strives to keep the Personalised service on the highest pedestal and shows flexibility and willingness to walk that extra mile to satisfy Praneeth customers in terms of design, quality and cost.

In a fiercely competitive Real Estate market, he introduced the ‘Beat the Price’ concept by incorporating innovative cost cutting measures and process improvements to bring the cost down in order to pass on the benefit to the customers. Besides being a successful entrepreneur and builder of fine repute, Mr. Narendra is well known for his personal charm, a high degree of integrity and right business ethics.
